When I make a new wire group and set its name to "Gwire" and press Next

I get this Error though I have deleted the old "Gwire" group from the database.

Error in function

int _cdecl CWizPaeCompType:: DoChange(void) ret=1

How can I resolve this?

I have found that If I have once used the specific name of the wire group and deleted it from the database. Then when I used that name again,  I get this error. How can I resolve this issue?
