    Hello Jacob,

Not sure you are asking this in CR-5000 or CR-8000.  First I will show you how to do in CR-5000.

In Footprint Editor, from menu select [Utilities] > [Parametric Registration].

Then select icon of [Import Coordinates(Bare-Chip) table].

If you have CSV file format in the what shows in online help then in the Import Coordinates(Bare-Chip) table dialog would display something like this.

The file I use above picture looks like this.

For more detail about this please reference online help of [Parametric Registration Help].

If your company bought license module call ZX0539 Package Basic Module, then you can use BGA-F Wizard tool from CAD File Manager.

BGA-F file is also in CSV format and can have more detail information. And this tool will make BGA-F file from other format in CSV file.

If this is for CR-8000, then only way to do is import BGA-F file.

In CR-8000 Components Editor - Footprint Editor, under [Utility] tab, [Import] > [BGA-F].

To create BGA-F, please reference CR-8000 Design Force online help.

I hope these information help you solve your question.

    Regards,

    Taka
