Component pins with square brackets in the name, like ADC_EXT[2] are missing the Brackets after forward annotation from DG, the resulting ndf file is missing the square brackets.  The pin name above becomes ADC_EXT2.

To fix this you need to update the Landata.rsc file to turn on "Pin Array Notation".
