E3.series Copy Database Entries Tool does not start

Hi everybody,

I installed the tool on Windows 10 64bit machine with 8Gb RAM but it does not start.

After the setup (done with Admin rights) I also tried to restart the computer but nothing happened.

I double click on the icon, I get the hourglass and nothing happens.. No windows appears...

On a machine with same hw and sw configuration, the tool runs fine.

What is the problem? Did someone experienced the same issue?

  Not sure but It might be a Microsoft Office thing.  

  Support had to help me with an error that was caused by my company going to Office 365.

  Thanks Paul for your quick reply.

  It was my fault since the PC did not match the minimum requirements.

  I installed .NET 4.6.2 and now it works properly.
