move block together with template area

Hi all. Just finished "block" which includes components,routed traces, via holes and copper in template area. Trying to move all and it is not working. Template area stayed in original location. What i am doing wrong?

  Make sure you have cut turned on in the options panel under cut mode.

  Did not help. Checked all in search filter and still as you can see template area not moved... Any other suggestions?

  Hell Robert,

   

  Sorry for late reply on this one.

  Try un-check (OFF) "Conductive Layers", if this is ON like your picture then it only select object on Conductive layers.

  You can find information in the on-line help.

  To select only figures in a conductive layer, turn on [Conductive Layers] in the panel menu.
