    Hello Ngo,

    I am an Applications Engineer for Zuken USA.  Hopefully this will help you achieve your goal.

    --------------------------------------------------------
    Assign the macro to a key (including a function key).
    --------------------------------------------------------

    <File to be stored>
    1. %CR8_PROJECT_ROOT%/DesignGateway/custom/Design Editor/guicstm.rsc
    2. %ZDGSYSENV%/custom/Design Editor/guicstm.rsc
    3. %APPDATA%/Zuken/Design Editor/guicstm.rsc

    <Operation>
    1. [Tool]-[Customize] --> Customize dialog appears.
    2. Select [GUI] tab
    3. Select "Registered macro command" in "Category" selector and select the macro file as Command.
    4. Select "Keyboard" tab in the right-hand of the dialog.
    5. Press a key (or function key) that you are going to assign in "Select New Shortcut Key:"
    6. Confirm the message after "Currently affected to:" (if you cannot see anything it means the key is not assigned yet. F1 is assigned to "Design Editor Help" as you can see.)
    7. Select "Assign".
    8. Select [OK] --> the dialog closes.

    <Note>
    If System Environment has "guicstm.rsc" already, [GUI] tab doesn't appear.
    In this case, after renaming the name under System Environment, the tab appears.

    If there is a key that is assigned to different functions in canvas.rsc and guicstm.rsc, the assignment in guicstm.rsc is prior to that in canvas.rsc.

    Hello Oliver,

    If the GUI tab is not present in the Customize menu, then you must disable the guicstm.rsc in your environment.  After disabling the resource file the GUI tab will appear.

    The following is the file location priority of the guicstm.rsc

    <File to be stored>
    1. %CR8_PROJECT_ROOT%/DesignGateway/custom/Design Editor/guicstm.rsc
    2. %ZDGSYSENV%/custom/Design Editor/guicstm.rsc
    3. %APPDATA%/Zuken/Design Editor/guicstm.rsc

    Regards,

    Brian
