Database has to be converted

Hello,

I am attempting to import the Compagnie Deutsch connectors from the zuken databases into E3.cable and came into an issue where it tells me the file has to be converted. The message occurs when i try to select the database. I have added the database in the configure database menu using the provider Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0. I was wondering how i would convert the file into the proper format?

  The database conversion message is when E3.series is upconverting the database to a newer version. The database you are trying to use might have been created in an older version of E3.series.

  The upconversion is done by E3.series if you click OK or Yes. Note - you will need Read and Write (admin) privileges for the database and the location it is currently saved on your computer.

  The conversion once complete should not give you the message again for the same database. 

  If you are unable to convert for any reason i would suggest contacting support.

  The problem was in the .mbd file properties. The read only box was checked which prevented me from accessing the database. Thanks for the help Sanu.
