Harness Builder Cable length.

I'm having trouble getting harness builder to pick the longest wire out of a cable to add to the BOM. I have a jacketed cable that has 3 leads. 28" of jacket with lead lengths of 15",16",14". The BOM lists 43" (28+15) when I want it to say 44"(28+16). I've tried to add a cut length to the cable but that doesn't seem to change anything.

  I opened a ZGS ticket on this issue back in June and it was determined that it is a bug.  For the time being, does anyone have any ideas for Jack on how to work around this?
