    You could use the Wire/Core Connections tab of the Device Properties dialog for the cable,

    Be careful though, as this "breaks" as attribute text template you may have on the connection, and makes it so the visual connection lines don't match the physical connection.  It also may have undesired results on the signal name.

    There are multiple ways to swap or change a connected pin without breaking a connection. 

    Option 1- select the pin name on a connector pin and Click F2 (function key) and rename the pin. For example, select pin 1 - rename to pin 4 and they will be swapped.

    Option 2 - Right Click and Select Swap symbol. In the following window - select the pin you want to swap and click ok
