Comparing 2 board data using Board Viewer Advance

Within the Design Force, there is no command or program to compare 2 board data. (in Board Designer we could do this by using CAM Check tool)

In the Board Viewer Advance has command call "Compare Figures".

This command allowed user to compare the figures between 2 board data.

Design Force data(*.dsgn) / Design Force data (*.dsgn)

(Or MDGN/MDGN, PCB/PCB, PNL/PNL)

(Target Layer can be set to "Visible Layer Only")

  Hi...i am a new user here. Also i am new to PCB design. This tool looks very interesting and i think it will be really helpful for future use. I just want to know some more details, where i can get it? Also what else comparison i can get?

  Hello,

  This command can do/cannot do:

  In Compare Figure, only data which directly affects the positions or shapes of figures is compared. Data such as the following is not compared.

  1. Logical information such as net names, component reference designators, or padstack names
  2. The heights of component areas or height limit areas
  3. Manufacturing hatching areas
