Title Block Creation

Hi

I am Newbie and just want to create a title block from scratch using e3.series. Can someone help me to send the process here?

  Hi Boyd,

  What you are looking for is a Sheet template! If you open your database editor and navigate to your "Misc" tab (View > Database Windows > Misc)

  There should be a couple of existing sheet templates there which you can start from. You can change the size of the sheet to match your paper sizes, add any graphics, and create custom attributes/text types to place in for your title block text values.

  Sheet templates and other items under the "Misc" tab are treated the same as Symbols as far as I know, but there are many things to adjust such as number of rows/columns etc...

  You will probably need to make a few different sheet templates for your different drawing layouts. Vertical, with/without line references, for Panel views, etc..

  If you press F1 while in zuken to bring up the documentation, look around for the "Defining Sheets" page and subsequent pages.
