How do you add more choices in the database for cross-section/awg sizes and more wire color choices?

  Wire cross sections can be added in the database editor if you go to:
  
  Format>Wire Cross-Sections and Hose/Tube Diameters
  
  Colors are added at:
  
  Format>Wire Colors and Hose/Tube Materials
  
  After you have created the cross-sections and colors that you want they should be available for you to create the new components.
  
  Bonus: If you are exporting your harnesses into some mechanical software (Pro-E, NX, etc...) you can assign a color number to your
  wires and they will transfer into your CAD program so that when you autoroute your harness they have the right color.
  You just have to have the right attributes defined to export them.
