Manufacturer database errors

Permanently deleted user

I have downloaded many of the databases posted by manufacturers on this forum. However, several report an error when I attempt to 'unzip' the files. Has anyone else had success with any of the list below? There may be others - I have not tried to download all.

Cannot unzip:
AMP-Tyco.zip
Bosch-Rexroth.zip
Phoenix-Database.zip
SCHNEIDER-DVD_2008.zip
SIEMENS.zip

  Ok it seems most databases available on this site are unusable what is happening with this, are there any developments ?????

  The databases should all be able to be used inside the E3.series database. Are there any ones in particular you are having an issue with?

  I have noticed the same problem. The only file that will un-zip is the conexel database file. None of the others will un-zip. [Cannot open file: it doesn't appear to be a valid archive.]

  I haven't seen any databases on this community site, have they been deleted?

  You may only be able to see them if you are an E3 customer.
