We have an in-house part number attached to all of our components and symbols etc. This has worked for as long as it has been created. 
Recently, after adding more custom text types to the database, this text type is no longer showing up in the dropdowns. Additionally, this text type is displayed as a blank value in the text drop down when it is selected in an existing symbol. 
How can I get this text type back AND keep the new text types that I have recently created. 
As a troubleshooting step, I have deleted the newly added text types and attributes that I created, then reloaded the database editor application. After opening the database editor, the in-house part number text type is displayed as it was prior to adding the new text types and attributes.
