Has anyone tried performing PI Analysis on a board that is one of multiple variants from a .sdm design?

I have renamed my circuit sheets to acknowledge what design variant they are associated with, and have forward annotated to the Design Force file. When I select PI/EMI Analysis I get the attached message.
